Last Updated: February 6, 2026

1. Agreement to Terms

By using the services of Advanced Hurricane Fencing or accessing our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers who access or use our services. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our services.

2. Services Provided

Advanced Hurricane Fencing provides fence installation, repair, and replacement services for residential and commercial properties in Hurricane, UT and surrounding areas. Our services include but are not limited to:

  • Fence installation (wood, vinyl, chain-link, aluminum)
  • Fence repair and replacement
  • Pool fencing installation
  • Commercial fencing solutions
  • Free estimates and consultations

3. Estimates and Pricing

All estimates provided by Advanced Hurricane Fencing are free and based on an assessment of your property and project requirements. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance. Final pricing may vary if project scope changes or unforeseen circumstances arise. We will communicate any price adjustments before proceeding with additional work. Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement.

4. Scheduling and Cancellations

Once you approve an estimate, we will schedule your installation at a mutually agreed-upon time. We make every effort to complete projects on schedule, but delays may occur due to weather, permit issues, or material availability. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled start date may be subject to a cancellation fee.

5. Property Access and Preparation

You are responsible for ensuring our team has clear access to the work area. This includes removing obstacles, securing pets, and notifying us of any underground utilities or hazards. If we cannot access the property as scheduled, additional fees may apply for rescheduling. We will treat your property with respect and clean up the work area after installation.

6. Permits and Compliance

Most fence installations require permits or compliance with local building codes and HOA regulations. You are responsible for obtaining any necessary permits unless otherwise agreed in writing. We can assist with permit applications, but approval is ultimately the responsibility of the property owner. We will not be held liable for delays or issues caused by permit denials or HOA restrictions.

7. Warranty and Guarantees

We stand behind the quality of our work. All installations come with a workmanship warranty covering defects in installation for a period of one year from the date of completion. Material warranties are provided by the manufacturer and vary by product. Our warranty does not cover damage caused by weather, accidents, misuse, or normal wear and tear. If you experience any issues covered under warranty, contact us immediately, and we will make it right.

8. Liability and Indemnification

Advanced Hurricane Fencing is fully licensed and insured. We take every precaution to complete projects safely and minimize risk. However, you agree to release and hold harmless Advanced Hurricane Fencing from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the work performed, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct on our part. You are responsible for notifying us of any known hazards on your property before work begins.

9. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement. We typically require a deposit before starting work, with the balance due upon completion. Accepted payment methods include cash, check, and credit card. Late payments may be subject to additional fees. If payment is not received within 30 days of project completion, we reserve the right to place a lien on the property or pursue collection.

10. Dispute Resolution

If any disputes arise regarding our services, we encourage you to contact us directly to resolve the issue. We are committed to working with you to find a fair solution. If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, both parties agree to pursue mediation before taking legal action. Any legal proceedings will be governed by the laws of the state of Utah.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Changes will be posted on our website with the updated effective date. Your continued use of our services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
